Decision making at Saint Regis is directed through a system of five councils. Each council is made up of volunteers and is chaired by a parishioner and one ex-officio staff member. Councils meet monthly, the chairs meet quarterly with the parish council, and all council members meet together once a year. The parish staff meets weekly.

Members are both the visionary and decision-making body of the parish. Members in consensus with the Pastor listen, plan, and decide Parish needs. It's purpose is to unite laity, religious, and clergy in a community of prayer, leadership, service, and pastoral action.
