Personal Bio
I began teaching
computer class at St. Regis in the fall of 2006. In December 2005 I retired from
AT&T after 33 years of service. During my time at AT&T I worked as a computer
programmer and as a manager of a computer systems development team. I graduated
from Rockhurst High School and Rockhurst College. I have two daughters, one
grandson and two granddaughter with another granddaughter due in April. I have
been a member of St. Regis Parish for a number of years. I am active in the St.
Regis Knights of Columbus and other parish activities.
In the middle
school computer classes I hope to teach the students to use Microsoft tools such
as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I also provide the students with general
knowledge trivia questions to learn how to find information on the internet.
The younger
students practice typing, write short stories and play games to help with math
and grammar.
